Built for people on their feet in a warehouse: big buttons, clear green or red answers, and a record of every box from the day it arrives to the day it leaves.
Receive, ship, transfer
Scan a box in when it arrives, out when it ships, and between warehouses when it moves. Stock updates box by box.
Quarantine in and out
Put a box on hold with one scan. Held boxes can't be shipped by mistake until someone releases them.
Physical count
Walk the aisles and scan. The app shows which boxes were found, which are missing, and which shouldn't be there.
Weight from a label photo
Take a photo of the box label and the app reads the weight for you, in kg or lb. The worker always checks it before it is saved.
Works with no signal
Scans are saved on the phone and sent when the connection comes back — never lost, never counted twice.
Supplier packing lists
Upload the supplier's packing list (Excel or CSV). Listed boxes only need a scan: the details are filled in for you. If a box doesn't match the list, it is flagged for review.
Outgoing packing lists, your format
When a shipment is done, download its packing list as a PDF or spreadsheet, laid out the way your company already does it. Saved customers and addresses, and numbered lists.
Start with the stock you have
Import your current inventory from a spreadsheet, so day one starts with every box already in the app — no rescanning the warehouse.
Fix mistakes, keep the history
Correct a box's details when a label was misread. Admins can remove a box added by mistake. Every change keeps the old values, who made it and why.
Several warehouses and companies
Run every location from one app. A manager who works for more than one company switches between them with one tap; each keeps its own stock and team.
A sign-in for every person
No shared passwords. Every scan records who made it. Admins invite workers, and can add view-only people who see stock and history but can't change anything.

Open it on the phone
Workers open a link in their phone's browser and add it to the home screen. It opens like any other app — no app store needed.

Scan the box
Use the phone's camera, or a Bluetooth or USB barcode scanner for speed. A clear green or red answer says if the scan is accepted.

Your records stay up to date
Each scan goes to your inventory with the box, the weight, the place, the time and the person. Look up any box, or download the stock as a spreadsheet.
